At Print Plus, all products are custom designed and manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, including size, material, printing, and finishing.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started or the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product has been delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs and order details. We will review the issue and, if found valid, provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or rework at our discretion.
