At Print Plus, all products are custom designed and manufactured according to the customer’s approved specifications, including size, material, printing, finishing, and quantity.

Since every order is custom-made for the customer, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once production has started or the order has been delivered.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, printing error caused by us, or the wrong product has been delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing your order details and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a suitable resolution such as replacement or rework.
