At Print Plus, all products are custom designed and manufactured according to the customer’s approved specifications, including size, material, printing, finishing, and quantity.

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once the quotation, artwork, and order are approved and production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted due to the customized nature of our products.

If an advance payment has been made, any applicable refund (if eligible) will be subject to the stage of production and the costs already incurred.
